  • Vice Chancellor Prof Mukesh Pandey granted the Rank of Colonel Commandment in National Cadet Corps , Ministry of Defense, Govt. of India. April 2023.

  • University become Regional Nodal Centre of  I.T. Kanpur  Virtual  Lab  facilities.
  • Bundelkhand University smoothly conducted the prestigious State Level Examination of UPJEE B.Ed 2023-24 Entrance for approx 6 Lac students .
  • Infrastructure development grant received 3.80 Cr amount for Institute of Pharmacy.
  • University received sanction 60 Entrepreneurship Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme in various themes from Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India.
  • University recognized as Nodal Centre of N.P.T.E.L. for Uttar Pradesh  Under the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT)  project of Govt. of India in year 2017.
  • Global Recognition: University has participated thrice in National Institutional Framework Ranking (NIRF) and also six departments are visible in NIRF. Institute of Pharmacy stands at 83 All India Ranking.
  • Innovation Centre (Centre houses a State-of-Art Central Instrumentation Facility
  • NABL accreditation is being obtained for the Innovation Centre.
  • Consultancy Development Cell established in year 2018 (Consultancy Services offers consultancy to Industries, Service Sector, Govt. Departments, Public and Private entities, NGOs)
  • Technology Enabling Centre (T.E.C.),  Five Cr. Rupees grants  have been sanctioned from Department of Science and Technology  (Govt. of India )
  • Incubation Centre at University ( Bundelkhand University Active Start-Up Incubation Council (BASIC ), a Section 8 Company has received grant of 1.5 Cr rupees from UP Govt.
  • University has initiated organic farming in its two agricultural research farms in the area of 45 acres and 25 acres.
  • Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP) assisted by Govt. of India
  • University has installed solar panels on the roofs which generates 40 KW/month energy.
  • University Shortlisted for QS world Ranking preparation by Humble Governor of P. in Manthan and National educators summit held in Varanasi ,UP
  • University has started releasing the Monthly Magazine “SANCHARIKA”.
  • 282 Ph.D. Degree Awarded by university (Included 232 JRF/SRF ) in last five years (2017-22)
  • University offers the Water Testing Lab facilities open to all local community and farmers.
  • GNSS (Low coast ) Satellite Data Centre.
  • Geological museum established in Institute of Earth Science in year 2022

  • State of Art : High Tech Multi -Media Lab and Broadcasting Studio for developing high quality  E-content for ensure the quality access and excellence for students of campus and affiliated college .
  • University has been developed more than 3200 E –contents for academic flexibility.
  • In Khelo India National Games 2022 at Bangalore , One Student won Gold Medal  in Malkhamb (Individual ) , The  Team of  BU won  Bronze Medal in Malkhamb , and One Girl student won Silver Medal  in Boxing (Individual) .
  • Team of IET, BU won the Final round of HAKATHONE 2022 at Mumbai and Indore and received prize amount One Lac rupees.
  • Good Number of Research Publications by faculty members’ research paper publication 1961 plus with H –Index: 26 (Web of Science), 57 (Scopus), Bioblomatrix H-Index (41.5) , Citation Index : 4216(Scopus), 3116 (Web of science ).
  • With the aim of fulfilling the objectives contained in the National Education Policy-2020 and creating a clean, healthy and ethical educational environment of the university and providing continuity to it, the University has established 27 Students Clubs (associations) for various activities.
