This prestigious recognition underscores the university's unwavering dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and well-being-oriented academic environment for its students, faculty, and staff. The certificate was awarded on 12 December 2025 in a ceremony held in New Delhi, presented by Mr. Ravin Nair, Managing Director, QS I-GAUGE. The award is based on an extensive stakeholder survey analysis involving students, faculty, and alumni, reflecting the institution's commitment to nurturing happiness and emotional well-being on campus.
About the Institution of Happiness (IOH) Award
The IOH is a flagship initiative by QS I-GAUGE that recognizes Indian schools, colleges, and universities for prioritizing mental health, stakeholder satisfaction, and holistic campus happiness. Through rigorous anonymous surveys and evidence of well-being initiatives, qualifying institutions receive this certification, highlighting environments where happiness drives better learning outcomes and resilience. The 2025-26 edition, themed "One Campus, Many Smiles: Celebrating Every Voice in Well-being", emphasizes inclusivity, emotional health, and diverse community engagement.
